Your morals and ethics are constantly tested and you may feel alone in trying to navigate the narrow road. We've all done it. We've said we would do something, or apply something we've learned, only to realize six months later that the new thing never went further than our initial statement. For most of us, its not for lack of desire or hard work. Often, it's a case of becoming busy with other things, usually other things we are more familiar and comfortable with. What we lack is someone in the same boat as us to hold us accountable, while we do the same for them. The power of mutual accountability can help all of us commit, and stick to the challenging road of change ahead.
